At RC Engines, we understand the importance of receiving your outboard motor or parts quickly and reliably. We are proud to offer free standard shipping across Australia with full tracking and support.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We ship to all locations within Australia.
International shipping is not currently available.

📦 Order Processing & Handling

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (AEST, Monday to Friday)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

📮 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days from the order date

  • All orders are shipped using economy shipping services with tracking.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

Important: Please ensure your email address is accurate at checkout to receive tracking notifications.

❌ Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the order is dispatched.
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@rcengines.com.au.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

📦 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If you enter an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned to us, we are not responsible for any loss of the package. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

💸 Taxes

  • All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

  • Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown clearly at the checkout.

  • Shipping Delays: Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays. We will inform you promptly of any such delays.

  • Damaged Packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with filing a carrier claim and arranging a replacement or refund.
